Jess’ mission is to serve others by empowering them to embrace the person they are through soul work, mindset shifts, healthy meal plans/tips and physical activity. Although she use to view herself as the victim, it took hitting a really low point for her to realize that if she wanted things to change, she needed to look inward to make those changes herself. With a whole lot of faith, she did. Now she’s able to own her story and show others that they can overcome any obstacle through self-love and respect.
