JENSEN Tools + Supply and our E.I.N. number will change (see below) as well, but all of your key contacts and contact information will remain the same. As a result of this expanded footprint we will be able to ship every "in-stock" order the same day it is received. We’re excited about this acquisition on many fronts. By adding an additional 54 outside sales and 15 inside sales people to JENSEN Tools + Supply, we now have a combined salesforce of close to 100 associates. Our sales team will now be spread across the United States, Canadian & Mexican markets. We believe that this will position TestEquity/JENSEN Tools + Supply to become the premier supplier of Test & Measurement and electronic production supplies to the electronics industries throughout North America.
