To view available residences in The Moorings' Jennifer Shores Jennifer Shores is situated in a highly sought after part of Naples called The Moorings.  This area is most notably desired for its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and historic downtown Naples. You can walk to the beach from anywhere in The Moorings, and you're only minutes away from 5th ave and 3rd street's famous shopping and dining scene. Getting to the beach from Jennifer Shores for example is literally a matter of walking across the street!   Located at 2850 Gulf Shore Blvd. N.    This condominum complex is on the east side of Gulf Shore blvd overlooking Moorings Bay.   The entrance of Moorings Bay to the Gulf of Mexico is Doctor's pass, a bridge-less entrance  which allows easy access for sailboats and all types of other vessels.  Venetian Village is located in the Moorings and is very convenient for a Jennifer Shores' resident to frequent.  Whether by boat through Moorings Bay or a walk down Gulf Shore Blvd., its is hard to beat their selection of some of Naples' finest shopping and dinning.    The four story building of Jennifer Shores was developed in 1970.  There are only 32 units in this complex which makes it nice, not being overcrowded.  The condos here range from just over 1200 sq/ft to just under 1700 sq/ft, the difference being your choice of two or three bedrooms. Every unit comes with a private parking space, but plenty of guest parking is available.  Boat slips are available to lease, there are a total of nine available for residents to use.  Jennifer Shores allows residents to have one pet under 30lbs. (pet-friendly places are somewhat hard to find).  The pool here overlooks the Moorings bay and has a chickee hut with a bar! Also to be enjoyed is the community room and BBQ picnic area.  If you own a condo in Jennifer Shores and would like to rent it out while you are away, you would be able to rent two different times a year if needed for a minimum of 30 days each term.
