I’m Jennifer Litman, a Mindset Transformation Specialist and Energy Healing Expert. As a Mindset Transformation Specialist, I guide my clients in adjusting their thoughts and changing their lives from ordinary to extraordinary. As an Energy Healing Expert, I help my clients heal and balance their body: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The majority of my teenage years and early adulthood I dealt with depression and sadness, which led to very severe panic attacks. In my early to mid twenties is when these anxiety attacks began taking over my life. I started experiencing them daily, and sometimes multiple times per day. They were frightening to say the least. I would get severe heart palpitations where it actually felt as if my heart was going to explode. I also became very dizzy and lightheaded, my body would sometimes shake uncontrollably, and it felt like the room was closing in. No matter how many times I experienced them, they were always just as scary. I would think about them from the moment I woke up, which then would bring one on. I was afraid to go places fearing it would happen in public…and they did. These attacks went on for several years. I tried medication, but even that didn’t help. I was drained physically and mentally. This is when I started researching alternative therapies. I learned and studied about relaxation techniques, meditation, visualization, and the importance of Thinking On Purpose®. I did Energy Healing sessions, and became fascinated with the results. This is what led me to become a Certified Energy Healer myself. I discovered The Law of Attraction and applied it to my own life. I was intrigued by what I discovered and obtained certifications so I could share it with others. All these things have changed my life and now let me help you change yours! I have spent years studying different ways to help people. Energy Healing and Mindset Transformation are things that I have personal experiences with, and I have worked with coaches and healers to transform my own life. I have taken these personal experiences, as well as my years of education, to help others transform their lives, taking them from ordinary to extraordinary, as I have done with mine.
