Welcome to my page! My name is Jenna Talleda. I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist, and have been practicing since 2007. I have my Bachelor's of Science in Food and Nutrition Sciences As a dietitian for over a decade, I've worked with clients from newborns to the oldest old and helping improve a variety of different health concerns. However, the core of those issues tend to be from unhealthy relationships with food. From my own personal issues with weight and emotional eating, it has become a passion of mine to help others work through those issues. Most people need an empathetic ear, a hand to hold, and person to bounce ideas to help achieve an overall healthy lifestyle. It would be an honor to be that person for you! Thanks for stopping by!
