According to the Mayo Clinic the 7 benefits of exercise are the following. 1) Exercises helps control your weight. 2) Regular exercise helps combat health problems and disease. 3) You can improve your mood with regular exercise. 4) Exercise can boost your energy - you'll feel better. 5) Regular exercise helps promote sleep. 6) Exercise can put that spark back in you sex life. 7) You can have fun exercising - socialbility. You should aim for at least 150 minutes a week of moderate intensity exercise and 75 minutes of vigorously exercising. You will begin to feel better, sleep better, have better sex and fun
Take time to smell the roses! With a healthy diet, exercise, and keeping balance in your life, you will find that you will enjoy life more. We spend far too much time rushing from one thing to another, never realizing that we are not enjoying things as much or taking care of our bodies the way we should to have a long, enjoyable life. Again Stop and Smell those Roses. Do the things you want to do, don't make excuses for not being able to do them. Life will pass you by if you do.
