The JEA Internal O-ring installation tool is a simple and efficient portable tool for production assembly of internal O-rings. Tools are designed to prevent damage to the O-ring and part during installation. Tools are manufactured of durable metals for years of trouble free service. Inserters are available in manual and pneumatic models. We recommend the 1400-model (manual) for short runs and large or heavy parts. For high production of light parts we recommend the 1430-model (pneumatic) equipped with a foot pedal valve (not furnished). The 1430-model can also be hand held for use on heavy parts in production runs.
