He is friendly ,was able to handle and issues that arises and was able to still provide exceptional service. The best part was as he was leaving my wife pulled up and he asked if we needed help unloading the car. Once I'm ready I will definitely be calling him back. ph Nieves is awesome. We initially received a check from our insurance company but it was not enough to replace our roof even with our deductible. He told us he would do whatever he can to have our insurance company cover our roof replacement. Today we got back from our Thanksgiving vacation and found a check from the insurance company with our mail. Now we will finally have our roof replaced.
