With only two rental units they expanded and revised their business model during the seventies and eighties with the main focus being fully furnished apartments for business clients. Additionally they expanded the geographic scope of their real estate management to include Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Florida, and to management for other owners. The expansion of the business allowed the addition of three of their sons to the business. Peter followed by David and Paul joined the business during the nineties supporting even greater expansion and improvement. Their son Scott is a Principal with Avison Young in Boston. In 1997 the business name was changed to Jamieson Management Co. Inc. Bob, the President, is a Licensed Real estate Broker and a Notary Public in Massachusetts. Susan is the company Treasurer.
