We are a family-owned company specializing in Residential Mortgage Financing, growing from just six employees in one branch office to upwards of 450 employees in 50+ branches over the last 7 years. Here at AMEC, we pride ourselves on employing the most knowledgeable Sales Staff in the business and welcomes the regulatory requirements for Licensing and ongoing education for the Mortgage Loan Originators. Together with a highly skilled Operations Team, AMEC is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and meeting the demands of the industry with on-time closings. Our Operations Staff work together as a team which allows Management to work effectively to create, monitor and control the necessary processes and procedures to ensure the company is operating with the most efficient and compliant system. AMEC places high expectations on its Processing Staff and expects that every loan going in for Underwriting has been pre-underwritten to avoid any last minute problem’s at loan decision. Our in-house Underwriting Staff has an average of 20 years’ experience for a combined total of 187 years delegated underwriting to multiple correspondent lenders’ guidelines. We are able to underwrite Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, MHFA, and WHEDA loans. Our Closing and Post Closing Teams are highly experienced and are able to accommodate a large volume of loans. By working with and marketing to Real Estate Agents and Builders on a day-to-day basis, we continue to cross-promote its brand and become a full-service lender and a leading referral source among the Real Estate Community.
