We were very impressed with the service provided by James Pendleton, who sold our house in a relatively short space of time in a difficult market, having failed to generate sufficient interest through an online only agent. In particular we'd like to thank Katrina, who was able to drum up plenty of viewings on the property and kept us well informed, and Courtney, who found our buyers and effectively managed the negotiation process. Courtney also took the initiative to manage our long chain in order to get us to completion quickly - taking ownership of this whilst other agents and solicitors procrastinated. In summary we decided to move having seen the perfect future home a year and a half ago. For various reasons we bumped around a few agencies along the Bellevue until we were in the position to follow through with James Pendleton. From day one I was struck by the personable approach of the staff combined with a professional, polite and efficient delivery. I knew whenever I called or popped by anyone in the office was able to give me an update or if couldn't , got straight back to me…what a cracking team they are…They provided far above and beyond any service I have previously experienced or expected. They went beyond the extra mile. Particularly towards the end Tom was taking my calls in the evening and weekends and the ladies too often out of hours would help / reassure and most of all just be there to keep me updated. All in all I can only thank James Pendleton and specifically Bella, Emily, Katherine and Tom and would wholeheartedly recommend you all to anyone.  Sharmah managed the transfer of our old tenants serving notice to welcoming new tenants seamlessly. I am no longer based in London and so to have someone on hand who was so efficient, pre-empting services we needed to put in place and in constant contact, I barely had to lift a finger! It was one of the easiest tenancy transfers I have experienced and highly recommend James Pendleton’s letting service. I have never before been impressed by an estate agent until I used James Pendleton to sell my Flat. They have been truly fantastic and I would RECOMMEND them to everyone. We are extremely pleased with the service this family run estate agent offered. After a slow start to viewings, Sophie arranged for 10 of the sale negotiators from a different offices, to visit our property to get a real feel for its qualities.  This strategy significantly improved the process of matching prospective buyers to view our house.
