Kenny is the co-founder/managing partner of James Advisory Group. He has spent the better part of two decades working as a turnaround specialist in business related interests and in sport with individual athletes and sports teams. He is a human behavior specialist with expertise in finance, leadership, team building and personal development. Kenny is the COO of a Chicago based healthcare company where his responsibilities entail directing overall corporate strategy and operations. This vestibuar physical therapy operation utilizes highly specialized equipment for testing and treatment of dizziness and balance disorders for professional athletes, astronauts, armed forces pilots, divers and the general public. Kenny is also the Director of the Institute for Therapeutic Research and Development. Kenny regularly speaks to a wide range of organizations and individuals about personal productivity and competitive sustainability in the worlds of sport and business. Kenny is an avid proponent of philosophy that the mind has the ability to solve most any challenge. Married, 2 children, 2 dogs. Unbelievably creative and happy. Sara James is a valued and trusted business partner, with an instinct for knowing when to listen and when to contribute. She is enthusiastic, accessible, and full of great ideas! Sara’s career has always involved customer service, client relations, sales, marketing, and business development. Her current role as a consultant with James Advisory Group includes the following specialties: Oversee and manage client relationships (including Business Development). Sara has excelled in numerous roles, including sales and marketing director, in the ultra-competitive golf and country club market in Southwest Florida for more than 12 years. Sara has been instrumental with numerous startups and business turnarounds. She is nationally known for her expertise in marketing and communications and as a strong leader in strategic growth initiatives.
