This session presents teens with activities and strategies to promote responsibility, positive self-esteem, decision-making, conflict resolution, and self-control for students, in and out of the classroom setting. Throughout this session, teens are given guidance and tools for the college preparation experience before exiting high school. Teens learn how to communicate confidently with their guidance counselors, colleges, and universities about admission requirements, financial aid/scholarships, transcript request process, letters of recommendations, etc. This session will provide educators with tools to positively embrace and implement change, as well as adjust to the changes made within an organization. It will include a checklist and various group/team activities throughout the course of the session. In this session, Executive leaders will learn how to recognize and resolve conflicts in an effective and rational approach. Additionally, Executive leaders will be provided problem-solving strategies to redirect their focus on the organization’s mission/vision and goals. I actually help you…..
