We have also redeveloped a former Ford Automotive plant in Atlanta as the North American headquarters for Porsche Cars North America, repurposed another Ford plant in Norfolk, Virginia as a facility for global logistics firm KTN, completed more than 40 retail centers, including 25 as a preferred developer for Wal-Mart, and undertaken multiple alternative energy development projects.
