I grew up working in my family’s restaurants since I can remember. It wasn’t until after I graduated from the University of Central Florida that I realized my heart was somewhere else and that place was Real Estate. I started selling real estate in 1999 and after several years went on to obtain my broker’s license. My cousin and I started working together in 2005 and now we are business partners in JW Reynolds Real Estate LLC. I handle the retail side of the business. I focus on helping customers list and sell their homes in the fastest yet most profitable manner. Since moving to Orlando in 1986, it has allowed me to become very familiar with all areas of Orlando. I have lived and worked in just about every area in this town. With that being said, we are located in the Lake Nona area. We are very involved in many local charities and support many local sports teams, we not only want to help with real estate but we want to help the community! My entire family has been in the restaurant business since I was old enough to remember. I was raised and worked in that environment until I was 18 years of age. In my senior year of high school I felt that I experienced all that business had to offer and realized the life of a restaurateur wasn’t my calling. My cousin, whom is now my partner, gave me an amazing opportunity to work for him but I had to be licensed in order to do so and that’s just what I did. I took the course, passed the test and I was officially a realtor in the state of Florida. I immersed myself into the investment side of real estate and I’ve made others as well as myself very successful for over a decade. I primarily cater to investors looking for real estate to advance their rental portfolios and produce residual income for retirement.
