What We Do Provide J.D. Block Services, Inc. is a multifaceted, full-service commercial real estate brokerage, management, and turnaround specialists. A small sample of what we do includes commercial real estate brokerage, site selection, tenant representation, asset and property management, review, consulting, financial analysis services and CMBS underwriting, with a vision toward improved, sustainable real estate management, products and services. Our services range from troubled real estate to assumed management of entire companies. We have worked out all types of real estate properties, from large PUDs to income properties and resort properties. We have been nominated and acted as a receiver when necessary. What We Provide Jon Block started his career in the Real Estate Investment Trust industry first in loan production in the Southeast and Puerto Rico, and then to asset management.
