ISLANDIA BUILDING CORP. is "A Professional Florida Builder" that was founded by construction industry veteran Dan Goebel in 1993. Mr. Goebel has managed multi-million dollar construction projects since 1988. As Director of Operations for Lexington Homes of South Florida, he managed the real estate acquisition, site development, design and construction of over 1,000 multi-family and single-family homes. Mr. Goebel started ISLANDIA BUILDING CORP. and began to focus on commercial real estate development with the construction of Jupiter Urgent Care, a $1.2 million project. Mr. Goebel holds a degree in Construction Management from the College of Engineering at Florida International University. When ISLANDIA founder Dan Goebel's grandparents moved to Florida in the 1940s, they purchased land in what was then known as Elliott Key. The land was incorporated as the City of Islandia, until it became part of the National Park Service in the 60's, as part of eminent domain. What was to become of Elliott Key is now ISLANDIA BUILDING CORP.'s namesake.
