OUR COMPANY With 20 plus years in Retail and wholesale; one would think he was born to do this. Raveen recalls his first sale being made at the age of 9. His father had left him in the store for a short break; he was astounded to see the sale closed and the customer satisfied. He then started to accompany his dad on his trips to purchase goods and attend trade shows. He learnt the art of Retail and Trade first hand. His Choice of specialization was precious metal and precious stones (silver/ gold and diamonds). He marveled at how women reacted to every carefully selected piece he sold. This gave him the push to venture out in diamond sales in the late 90’s. He owned and operated several businesses but his thirst was unquenchable the more he expanded. The idea of Island Trinketz was founded in 2012 when gold prices where sky high so Raveen decided to create a high quality but affordable jewellery line made of sterling silver and semi precious stones. The saying “Diamonds are a girls best friend” but in recent years Island Trinketz have been hanging out with these special ladies and dazzling eyes.
