ISEA TEK, LLC (Industrial & Systems Engineering Analysis Technologies) focuses on delivering exceptional research and development capabilities for commercial and defense applications. The President of ISEA TEK, Dr. Michael Hirsch, has spent the past 20+ years developing innovative technical solutions for both defense and commercial problems. Dr. Hirsch worked for AMPAC Technologies from 1996 – 2001, and the Raytheon Company from 2001 – 2014. During this time, Dr. Hirsch focused on leading both small and large research teams, developing mathematical models, algorithms, prototype code, and embedded software flight code.
