Our network of skilled independent inspectors and contractors provide a variety of detailed information about a property such as occupancy status, determine the exterior condition of the property, and inform the servicer of any adverse conditions. They also provide a detailed description of the exterior condition of the property and report issues such as exterior damage, unsecured doors or windows and tall grass. Inspectors also will note the presence of “For Sale” signs, citations and notices.
