Paul’s expertise in developing rigorous processes comes from the start of his career at IBM. Paul was on the board of SFIMA for close to 5 years and currently sits on the board of doterati, the IMA-based association in Central Florida. He also works with the Small Business Development Center at UCF where he mentors businesses in interactive marketing, focusing on email marketing and analytics.
