We also seek to understand top challenges and obstacles facing the company. iPEO Solutions has a fee agreement with every PEO we work with. This allows us to consult in the best interest of the client. After obtaining a client proposal from a PEO, an iPEO Solutions Advisor and a Representative from the respective PEO will meet with the client to present terms and pricing. The fee paid to iPEO Solutions is derived directly from the PEO Rep's "commission". In this fashion, the client will never pay more for the consulting or brokerage services of iPEO Solutions than they would pay if they went searching for a PEO on their own.
