iPALADIN’S COMMITMENT TO FAMILIES With years of experience working directly with Family Offices, we recognized and suffered first-hand the gaps between existing technologies and Family Office management. We developed iPaladin to fill those gaps and meet the unique needs of Family Offices. iPaladin is different from other technology providers. Our principles have been developed by fiduciaries who know what needs to be done and who appreciate the duration of the families we serve. Respecting their privacy and confidentiality is paramount. The most significant risk families face today is lack of ownership and control over their digital information. Knowing that our families will continue for generations, our technology has been designed from the ground up to prevent the risk of losing data that is spread through multiple disparate systems that could be abandoned or seized. iPaladin consolidates family data in a secure system that our clients control. The iPaladin Legacy – Founded in 2010, we are an evergreen company that views our duration to be the same as our subscriber families. We look forward to helping families find the peace of mind to transparently know everything’s being effectively managed, reduce the drag of mundane work on senior professional time, and provide a means for families to own, control and protect their information. Jill Creager is the force behind iPaladin and the Digital Family Office business model. Her more than 20 years’ experience in family private wealth includes serving as a trust and estates attorney, a corporate trust officer, and CEO and founder of a multi-family office that oversees more than $1 billion of private wealth. Jill envisioned and developed iPaladin to address the need of family members, family office professionals, and their advisors to share vital information in a secure virtual environment; to support governance, operations, and compliance; and to reduce the complexity, costs, and risks of managing a family office. Rafał has lead the technical development of iPaladin since 2011. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for technical direction, analysis and architectural design of the company’s Digital Family Office platform. Rafał has 13 years of experience as a full-stack software developer in a variety of technologies. Michał Wojcieszek is a Senior Software Engineer at iPaladin with over 10 years of extensive experience in building software systems as a Software Analyst, Architect, Data Models Designer, and Coder. Before joining iPaladin, Michał worked as a key member of the core technical team at SkyCash Poland S.A., responsible for bringing to market a licensed secure mobile payments platform. During the six years he spent on this project, Michał saw SkyCash become the leader in Poland’s micropayments market. At SkyCash, he served as the designer and the primary coder of a PCI DSS Level 1 card-sensitive data-storing and transaction-processing system. He was also involved in maintaining and technically handling Approved Scanning Vendor auditing processes and B2B integrations with card associations and banks. CISO and Product QA Architect Gene Diveglia is iPaladin’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and oversees the product and quality assurance architecture for the iPaladin platform. Long deeply absorbed in the rapidly changing interface between software and technology, Gene studied Applied Physics at Dickinson College and Lehigh University. This incubated his passion for designing and creating secure, stable, high-performance software systems whose longevity repays the investment needed to develop them. Gene’s expansive range of technology skills and experience arms him well to lead iPaladin’s relentless commitment to security, privacy and confidentiality in the iPaladin platform. Before joining the iPaladin team, Gene served as Chief Research Officer at private equity firm ZG Capital, LLC, where he implemented secure software and communications systems for trading and portfolio management. Earlier, Gene, a long-time Tampa Bay-area resident, built a national secure-data network for Largo, Florida-based Valpak Direct Marketing Systems. In the late 1990s he served as a product development consultant for GTE Florida’s (now Verizon) first consumer internet offering. The recent explosive growth of data and proliferation of business models driving more extensive and far-reaching use of this data have shifted Gene’s interest to the unique demands created by these developments. His holistic understanding of how data models, database systems, API and resource access control facilities interact underlies his expertise in creating architecture for large data systems with stringent performance, security, and availability requirements. Nathan Biggers is dedicated to ensuring the security of iPaladin. With 15 years of experience managing and securing U.S. Department of Defense networks and other critical national infrastructure, Nathan is a seasoned veteran in his field. Highly versatile, he has held many Information Technology and Cyber Leader positions, including Electronics Hardware Technician, Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Cyber Systems Architect, Cyber Network Defense Manager and Cyber Mission Element Lead. Nathan has helped lead, train, and develop some of the nation’s newest Cyber Protection and Response Units. Widely regarded as an expert in his field, he is a specialist in Active Network Security Monitoring, Threat Detection and Analysis, Discovery and Counter Infiltration, Network Forensics and Cyber Threat Emulation Activities. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Western Governors University. With her diverse background in training, e-learning, client services, software design, and video production, Karrisa Francis is a proven leader in training and communications who understands the production of complex user-adoption and e-learning engagement programs. She is enthusiastic about the opportunity to use her accumulated knowledge and experience to help clients move their family offices to iPaladin, understand and implement the new workflow that a digital family office entails, and ultimately get on a path to success in organizing and protecting family wealth.
