Greg Darr possesses over 20 years of contact center and BPO experience. Greg has extensive experience in client services, operations, workforce management and business development. He has successfully managed clients across multiple verticals, including financial services, telecom, satellite radio, health care, consumer electronics, travel and the construction industry. Greg has held responsibilities for seven facilities, both domestic and off-shore, leading over 3,000 agents for multiple Fortune 500 clients. Greg graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Steve Eveland brings over 30 years of experience in successfully leading Operations for some of the largest and fastest-growing BPO companies. Steve leads both domestic and international call center operations in iPacesetters’ brick-and-mortar sites, plus a rapidly expanding work-from-home workforce. He also leads the Training, Workforce Management, Reporting and Analytics functions. Most recently, Steve led Operations for start-up energy-efficiency company, Energy Pioneer Solutions, founded in Nebraska. Within four years the company expanded into eight states before being acquired by a large multi-national company in 2015. Prior to that Steve held senior leadership positions at PayPal, APAC, and Transcom Worldwide, among others. Steve pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, and Bellevue University in Omaha. He has a passion and gift for developing people and installing best practices. Richard has more than 25 years of experience as CFO/Controller in the healthcare, services and manufacturing industries. Mr. Sauter was previously the CFO of Kuiken Brothers, Controller at Restorix Health, ExamWorks and other top firms.Richard holds a BA and MBA with honors from Seton Hall University.
