They were the first to perform nationwide “Lignia De Audas,” (english translation: Live on TV, FORECLOSURE HELP LINE Telethons”) where they were on TV taking and answering questions for homeowners which were upside down on their mortgages, losing their homes, and their families and marriages breaking apart due fraudulent loans they were placed in by the big banks coupled with the collapse of the real estate market. By the end of 2010, the couple started flipping properties and purchasing Buy to Rent properties. By 2011, they embarked on a journey with a truly extraordinary and very well known Mentor (A.M.) in the Real Estate Fix and Flip Industry. His guidance polished the apple they had already bitten into. To this day they regard him as a friend and colleague, and have tremendous respect for him as a business professional, investor and educator.
