Investigative Services Corporation (ISC) was founded in 1981 by Daniel R. Sullivan, retired Deputy Chief of Police of the Los Angeles Police Department. More recently, ISC was retained to implement covert undercover operations within the Los Angeles County Community College School District, working alongside Homeland Security, in an effort to confirm and document rogue professors who were improperly reporting student’s attendance and grades in exchange for monetary compensation.
