Klemm-Hernandez obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami Law School, and was admitted to the Florida Bar on October 6th. 1972, and to The United States of America Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida on January 26, 1973.     Dr. Klemm-Hernandez practiced law continuously and without interruption in Miami, Florida, where she manages a single member type of practice, having various associate lawyers in her firm.   Since late 2013, she devotes her time to consult and assist individual private clients as a lawyer, sharing her law firm with new members. Dr. Klemm-Hernandez practiced in all areas of the law as a young attorney, and later devoted most of her practice time to investments in real estate, title insurance issues, title closings, correcting title problems, and negotiating contracts of residential, commercial, multifamily rental and condominium projects, organizing and concluding business sales, lease negotiations, and generally advising her diverse clients on their individual and corporate investments.  Estate, Trusts and inheritance law practice have become an important segment of her law practice in the last few years. Dr. Klemm-Hernandez's character and manner of practicing and advising clients is characterized mainly by a "down to earth", "practical approach", emphasizing the individual needs of the client.  Her clients throughout the years remain loyal and continue to seek her advice regularly on their businesses and individual endeavors  Dr. Klemm-Hernandez is as well Licensed Real Estate Broker, and serves, within Investcounsel LLC as Manager/Member advising her existing clients and more and more international clients using her experience and knowledge to guide investors in this complex and elastic real estate market of South Florida. was educated in Baden-Baden, Black Forest, Germany - in the triangle of South Germany, France and Switzerland. After his studies in Stuttgart and Munich, he worked in the Knitting Industry and then with a prestigious Bauhaus fabric editor. He was International Sales Director and General Manager for several prestigious European luxury consumer product brands and their respective subsidiaries in various export markets, USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia. He was later working as independent service provider and couselor with his own corporations for several prestigious French/Italian brands (Marbert/Balenciaga/Hoechst - Descamps/DMC - Esteban/Zucchi-Bassetti/FRETTE - Kenzo/Loewe/Dior/LVMH). This association led to almost two decades of living and business presence in France where he had -after Germany- to adapt quickly to a different work-and living culture.  He became founding member and manager of INVESTCOUNSEL LLC, responsible for its distinguished marketing concept ("The Art of Real Estate"), providing help and counsel for foreign investors considering the fascinating development of Miami as a new "Beach-Village-Megapolis" on the crossroads between South and North America, equally appreciated by sun-lovers, retired or well situated snow-birds of northern US areas and freedom-searchers from Europe, Middle East, Russia and recently Asia.
