Dr. Cook is a member of the America Academy of Periodontology, Broward County Dental Association and Fort Lauderdale Study Club. Dr. Cook is a director of the Seattle Study Club - Intracoastal Dental Study Club and offers seminars and symposium for dental continuing education. Dr. Cook also is a Co-Chairman of the Department of Implant Dentistry at Broward College, and on staff at the Broward Health Medical Center, and Broward Health Imperial Point Hospitals in Fort Lauderdale, . The Intracoastal Dental Study Club is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing dental education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from 8/18/2013 to 8/18/2015. Kligerman the Intracoastal Dental Study Club is a unique group of dentists and dental specialists who are dedicated to the improvement of excellence in comprehensive dentistry. Our members are some of the most prominent dentists in the southeast area of Florida. We believe in the importance of striving for excellence in our dental profession, with empathy towards the well being of our patients. The Intracoastal Dental Study Club is an affiliate of the prestigious Members of the Intracoastal Dental Study Club meet monthly from September through June in a small, relax group setting with other dentists committed to increase their knowledge and bring exceptional patient care. Our Dental Study Club also provides continuing education by inviting some of the nation’s most well-known speakers and clinicians to present full day and/or evening sessions for continuing education programs during the course of the year. Our members earn up to 35 hours of CDE credits, as well as enjoy great food and beverages. Patients of the Intracoastal Dental Study Club participants know their doctor has made a commitment to a high level of clinical care, the best innovations of modern dentistry, and pursuit of advanced education provided by renowned dental educators.
