“They did show up on time, stuck to the price and also delivered without delay. But the main reason that made me write this review is because of the excellent post delivery support from the customer service. When our items were unpacked, we noticed some damage to a few items. I contacted them by phone and was told to email the photos which I did the very same evening. The next morning I got a call from a supervisor who promised to take steps to repair the damage. Exactly a week later, that's last Friday, they sent over 2 guys who had it all fixed in no time. This is something that I never expected out of a moving company and I really appreciate the initiative and responsibility they took regarding the issue.
