Republic of Croatia, ICSID Case No. ARB/13/32 Advising a South American hydrocarbon transport company in a cross-border contractual dispute with a North American distributor under Rules of Arbitration of Houston Maritime Arbitrators Association; Representation of a U.S. internet company in an ICDR dispute in Washington, DC, against ICANN over registration of domain name extensions; Representation of a North American investor in proceedings before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
