Since then that has been the main business. In 1990-91 was involved in Avionics business with component supply and design of Flight Navigational System with Light COMBAT aircraft for INDIA. In 1991 created a company (E Net Loans) & developed a software for automatic underwriting (loan analysis) systems for Residential mortgage. Sold the company with the software in 2004. Since Mortgage business was minimized during the global recession in 2008, formed International Marketing & Management Systems Inc (I.M.M.S.I.) to capitalize my experience & background & provide consultation to different businesses helping them to achieve maximum utilization of available resources in the most profitable way.
