We are proud to work with State of the art IT solutions to support your business Mr. Munro has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as the Chairman of our Board since December 2011. Mr. Munro is also the Founder and has been President of Munro Capital Inc., a private equity investment firm, since 2005. Mr. Munro has been the Chief Executive Officer and owner of 1112 Third Ave Corp., a real estate holding company, since October 2000. He has also been an investor in private companies for the last seven years, including Vaultlogix, LLC, a provider of online data backup solutions for business data. Prior to forming Munro Capital, Mr. Munro founded, built and sold Eastern Telecom Inc., a telecommunication company, from 1990 to 1996. Mr. Munro has been directly involved in over $150 million of private and public transactions as both an investor and entrepreneur. Mr. Munro sat on the board of Vaultlogix, LLC from March 2004 to February 2008. Mr. Munro also has experience as a former Chairman of the Board of BiznessOnline.com Inc., a NASDAQ-listed internet access, web design and e-commerce hosting company, from May 1999 to August 2002. Mr. Munro received his B.A. in economics from Connecticut College. Mr. Munro brings extensive business experience, including years as a successful entrepreneur and investor, to our board of directors and executive management team. Frank Jadevaia has been successful in high technology for 25 years. He became a managing partner and co-founder at Integration Partners Corp-NY (“IPC-NY”) effective January 2007. IPC-NY, (recently acquired by InterCloud Systems), is a leading elite status value added reseller, specializing in consulting, services and hardware, across competencies in data, voice (voice applications) and optical networks. Prior to joining IPC-NY, Mr. Jadevaia spent time at Wellfleet Communications and Bay Networks, ultimately assuming the position of Vice President of sales for Nortel, from November 2001 to November 2006. Jadevaia lead Nortel’s largest enterprise region with an approximate $350 million in sales and just under 200 employees. In addition, his organization was responsible for all verticals, including finance and global accounts, making his responsibilities multinational in nature. Before joining Nortel again in 2001, Mr. Jadevaia spent time at multiple venture-backed start-ups, in leadership roles. In addition, he formed and led a Service Provider group at Nortel that sold into the tier two and three markets including; CLEC’s, MSO’s and bandwidth wholesalers. Revenues were approximately $200 million in sales. Frank has a BS in Business from Bloomfield College, where he earned a basketball scholarship. Scott R. Davis, Executive Vice President and Officer, Intercloud Systems, (NASDAQ-ICLD) is responsible for worldwide sales, marketing and strategy for Intercloud. He brings to this role over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, General Management and Executive Leadership. Before joining Intercloud, Mr. Davis was President of NTSDirect, a Value Added Distributor for Avaya and Samsung. Prior to NTS, Mr. Davis was an Executive Director and Officer of XETA Technologies (NASDAQ-XETA) a leading technology integrator that was successfully sold to PAETEC in 2011. Prior to Xeta, Mr. Davis spent 10 year as an Executive of Nortel Networks, most recently as the Vice President of the Channel Partner Organization. Preceding channels, Mr. Davis served as Vice President of the MCI/WorldCom Account Team and as Vice President and General Manager of Nortel Networks’ Broadband Wireless Access Group, a $100M Business Unit with Over 400 personnel in 9 countries. His experience at Nortel Networks also includes Director of Sales for the Emerging Service Providers, and global account management in the Enterprise Division, where he focused on sales and implementation of enterprise networking equipment. Prior to joining Nortel Networks in 1996, Mr. Davis was a senior sales director at DSC Communications, Plano, TX. Where he was responsible for enterprise and service provider sales. Mr. Davis started his career with a New York private equity company as a portfolio manager for Pricellular, Inc., a Midwest mobile phone operator. Mr. Larkin has served as our Chief Financial Officer since October 2014. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Larkin was employed for more than 19 years by Warren Resources, Inc., a publicly-traded oil and gas drilling company, most recently as Chief Financial Officer from January 1995 to July 2013 and Executive Vice President from March 2004 to January 2014. Prior to 1995, Mr. Larkin worked at Deloitte & Touche, attaining the level of Audit Manager. Mr. Larkin has a B.S. in accounting from Villanova University. Mr. Larkin brings extensive experience in finance for both publicly-traded and private companies to our executive management team. Mr. Asim has extensive experience related to networking and cloud technologies in both macro IT sectors such as, Enterprise and Service Provider. Aqeel became part of Intercloud systems through the acquisition of RentVM, where he was one of the co-founders. Prior to RentVM he has worked in senior management positions at Telx and RCN/Sidera. He has also held positions as network architect (consultant) at Morgan Stanley, IBM, Cisco and AT&T. Mr. Asim holds a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering degree from GIKI Institute of Technology and has achieved industry’s top networking related certifications.
