Dean began his IT engineering career in 1995 with VSurf Internet and Vitropolis, obtaining his CCNA and MCSE before joining Innocom Systems as their IT Director. Not content with building two ISPs for Innocom he left to design and deploy a 40,000 port network for Nacio Systems’ datacenter, encompassing colocation and managed services. Prior to joining Intelletrace Dean led Nacio Systems’ managed services team. Dean is a SCUBA instructor for Sonoma State University and DAN (Divers Alert Network) and an instructor for the American Red Cross.
