Integrative Change, Inc. (IC) is a business network dedicated to health and wellness professionals. IC embraces an integrative approach to the change and healing process, understanding the value of a multi-dimensional approach to achieve optimum results and health. IC consists of the leading health and mental health practitioners who are known for their expertise, commitment to their clients and use of evidence-based practices. IC is unique in that it integrates its network of practitioners through active training, consultation and collaboration. Integrative Change was founded by Brad Kerschensteiner, LMFT in 2010 in South Florida and currently acts as its President. He developed the Integrative Change Network so health and wellness professionals can build lasting referral relationships, learn networking and practice-building skills, and have a community with like-minded practitioners. He found that many health and wellness professionals were very isolated in their practices, suffering from burnout, hampered by poor business skills, needing to diversify their referral sources beyond managed care, and desiring a more integrative approach to patient treatment. He also found that many health providers do not join traditional networking groups and so he decided to create something exclusively for health and wellness providers. Today, Integrative Change has a large active membership in South Florida and a chapter in NYC. The JAWS team identifies gaps in markets and fills them with innovative business models that focus on creating awesome environments/lifestyles for physicians and employees. He is passionate about organizational culture and helping physicians learn how to be savvy business people. Bari is a Certified Professional Coach by IPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching), has an ACC designation by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), and holds a business degree with an Economics major from the University of Miami. As a coach and resource center, Bari assists clients in defining their goals, helping them to remove obstacles (real or perceived) and holds them accountable for what they commit to accomplish towards their vision. Dr. Munoz’s initial self-education approach was replaced with a formal 2 year post doctoral fellowship in Integrative Medicine (2006-2008), taught by world class faculty at the prestigious Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, founded by Dr Andrew Weil. Dr Munoz was selected as the first rheumatologist of the fellowship program to be trained in integrative medicine and was hand selected as the first recipient of the Jones- Lovell Rheumatology Scholarship award. Dr Munoz is a world class trained arthritis specialist, internist, medical anthropologist, integrative medicine specialist, national lecturer, author, and martial artist who blends his training, experiences and acquired knowledge into cutting edge wellness, anti-aging and disease prevention techniques. Dr. Munoz practices in Aventura, FL and has been a member of Integrative Change since 2010. His role in the Membership Committee is to oversee incoming new applications, helping ensure quality and excellence of members. As a catalyst for programs with significant social impact, Lucinda specializes in social entrepreneurship. Having received her Masters Degree in Business / Global Social & Sustainable Enterprise, Lucinda dedicates her career to assisting businesses that are in the business of doing good for the world – whether in their own community or in other parts of the world. Her involvements include providing business development services in Lusaka, Zambia where she and her team improved management approaches for a small manufacturer of mobility devices serving base-of-the-pyramid populations. In addition, Lucinda provides business support services to Shonaquip CC and Uhambo Foundation, both of Cape Town, South Africa. Lucinda has experience in workforce development, corporate coaching/training and small business development. Her innate ability to coach, train and facilitate equip her to contribute to team development, strategic direction and program development. David Miller strengthens Integrative Change in its marketing and business development. His background includes a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and accreditations by numerous programs of study in business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications. His occupational focus for over 30 years has been business development and communications management. His special areas of expertise are marketing strategy, branding, and messaging. His primary motivation in this chapter of his career is to help well-intentioned organizations spread the word about their offerings. His work has included help to non-profit and for-profit companies who provide services in disabilities management, community education, suicide prevention, wellness center care, and organizational development. Early in his career, he worked for national and global product manufacturers including Compaq Computer Corporation, Pepsi-Cola, and O’Neill, Inc.
