Integrated Therapy Alliance, Inc. offers Pediatric therapy services for children and adolescents from birth to 21 years of age. Established in 2010, we pride ourselves in providing multidisciplinary care to the child and their family. Our therapists and interventionists serve the Hillsborough, Pasco and Citrus County areas.
OUR MISSION
Integrated Therapy Alliance, Inc.'s mission is to provide a collaborative approach in service delivery to increase the effectiveness of therapeutic outcomes. When families and caregivers are an integral part of the therapeutic process, the patient is more likely to achieve optimal success. Our team works together with the patient and their family or caregiver to help each patient achieve their highest potential.
Integrated Therapy Alliance, Inc. was founded by Arcadia Vera, B.A., ITDS/Clinic Administrator and Natalie Soueidan, M.S., CCC-SLP/Clinical Director as a collaborative merger in an effort to bring together professional therapists and educators with expertise in child development and/or rehabilitation.
Arcadia Vera has provided bilingual developmental and behavioral services for approximately 21 years. She has co-authored and published several articles relating to behavioral disabilities in well-renowned professional journals such as the Journal of Applied Behavioral Analysis and Behavioral Disorders. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the area of global development.
Natalie Soueidan has provided Speech Therapy services since 2007. In addition, she is certified in Beckman Oral Motor Feeding Therapy and trained in Passy-Muir for tracheostomy care. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the area of speech, language, and oral motor development.
Speech Therapy services address speech, language, oral motor feeding skills, and/or cognitive-communication delays. This specialty service targets any deficits which impede a person’s ability to understand the meaning of words, use those words meaningfully to communicate with others, and/or oral motor capabilities when eating. In addition, Integrated Therapy Alliance, Inc. has a bilingual Spanish speaking Speech Pathologist available.
Developmental Therapy services address cognitive, communication, fine motor, gross motor, social-emotional, and/or self-help skills. This broader service targets deficits which involve any or all areas of child development utilizing a parent or caregiver coaching model. When a specialist is needed to address a particular area of development, a recommendation is made to expand service delivery.
Behavioral Consultation services address behavioral concerns which may arise from the lack of being able to communicate or parenting needs. This service provides the parent or caregiver education and coaching utilizing positive approaches to managing difficult behaviors.
