Notably, IJ successfully challenged restrictive regulations, such as the Texas law affecting craft brewers in 2016 and removing taxi limits imposed by Minneapolis in cooperation with IJ-MN. Beyond its legal prowess, IJ fosters grassroots activism through the Liberty in Action project, training citizens nationwide to advocate for constitutional rights at the community level. Their efforts cover various domains, including free speech, economic liberty, educational choice, property rights, and more.
