Welcome to Inspired Health by Design!  My name is Beth Butcher and I am thankful you have stopped by for a visit.  The last 10 years has been an amazing journey, albeit a wondering one at times, to attain knowledge... learning how to adapt and improve our choices and life style to meet family health challenges head on. What started out as a desperate, overwhelming time ended up being  a catalyst for what now is my passion: natural health and wellness. My travels have been guided by faith, family health needs, and a commitment to share with others what I've learned along the way. I am excited to share with you my newest path... and hope you will join me on the journey! Through the years a focal point has been pursuing cleaner foods, products and quality supplements in order to change the direction of my family's health, happiness and prosperity.  On my quest, I have been profoundly changed by meeting incredible people and sharing their stories.  It affects me greatly to hear their victories and their struggles.  Unfortunately, a common denominator, regardless of age, is the burden for themselves and loved ones concerning quality of life issues and debilitating, chronic physical/mental health issues; trying to cope with fatigue, insomnia, stress, brain fog, inflammation, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, stomach/gut issues... just to name a very few.  The good news is that new and emerging science shows that many health concerns are linked to imbalances in the gut AND brain, the Gut-Brain Axis (GBX).  This is powerful discovery because a LOT can be done to address and correct these imbalances enabling great improvement in health and quality of life.
