Inspirato Travel Services Inspirato adds new value and usefulness to membership with the introduction of a comprehensive new travel services benefit for members. Our experienced travel experts can now book flights, reserve rental cars, schedule cruises around the world, and even recommend other vacation homes, delivering a true “one-stop shop” experience for every travel need. With Inspirato’s new Bespoke custom travel benefit, members can enjoy the club’s five-star service and travel expertise anywhere around the world on a tailor-made vacation—both within and outside of the Inspirato Collection. All custom travel is planned by our Travel Designers, a team of experts with more than 30 years of vacation planning and luxury hospitality experience. After the successful launches of Jaunt Now in 2012 and Jaunt 52 in 2014, Inspirato has improved the offerings for both programs. Jaunt Now features savings on more destinations than ever before with hundreds of nights from which to choose and rates as low as $90/night. New selections are added weekly. INSPIRATO WELCOMES OUR 10,000th MEMBER On July 2, 2015, Inspirato welcomed our 10,000th member to the club, nearly doubling membership count in just 18 months. This significant milestone was matched with equally formidable growth in the Inspirato Collection, which now totals more than 350 vacation options, including 250 luxury residences worth $750 million. Residences are managed and controlled by the club for the exclusive use of members. INSPIRATO LAUNCHES NEW HOTEL & RESORT ROOMS/SUITES PLATFORM Inspirato launched a new Hotel & Resort Rooms/Suites platform, making the Inspirato Membership more valuable and useful than ever. The club is now providing more destinations, availability and a larger volume of accommodations suited to more types of trips-at guaranteed members-only value. INSPIRATO SECURES ADDITIONAL $20 MILLION IN FINANCING Inspirato announced $20 million in additional growth financing from new investor W Capital Partners and existing investors Institutional Venture Partners and Millennium Technology Value Partners. The financing will accelerate the company's rapid growth, portfolio expansion and investment in technology-based innovation. To date, Inspirato has raised approximately $70 million in equity financing. Inspirato Launches Jaunt™ 52 Jaunt 52 is a member benefit featuring a wide range of Inspirato vacations available during specific dates over the next 52 weeks at remarkable rates you have to see to believe. From a short-notice, weekend escape to next summer's family vacation to a friends' reunion booked a year in advance, Jaunt 52 has something for everyone. Inspirato and Portico Announce Combination Inspirato LLC and Portico Club LLC announced they have combined, joining the two fastest growing destination clubs to provide members with increased choice and added flexibility. As a result of the combination, the majority of Portico's residence portfolio will be joined with Inspirato's portfolio. The combined club will continue to operate under the name "Inspirato with American Express" and be led by Inspirato CEO Brent Handler. Inspirato Becomes Largest Destination Club In The World Inspirato announced the addition of its 4,000th member, making the company the largest luxury destination club in the world by number of members. The company has added over 1,000 new members in 2013 alone, and now manages and controls nearly $500 million in luxury real estate, offering members 262 travel options in 67 destinations around the globe.
