I have 4 children. Bobby is 23, TJ is 20, Chris is 17 and Marisa is 15. Both Chris and Marisa were born at home in the water. My philosophy of midwifery is that birth is normal, natural and should be surrounded by family and friends in a calm and peaceful environment. I strive to create a birth plan that is tailored to your needs as a laboring mom. I can be as hands off or as hands on as you are comfortable with.  I am quick to step in should an emergency arise however, and pride myself on you and your baby’s safety. As a home birth mom myself, I have a unique understanding of the intensity and beauty of birth, and the need of a secure, knowledgeable voice to guide the journey.[/outerOneFourth] Natarsha is our Reception/Front desk person. Natarsha is an integral part of your care with Inspiration. She can help you with questions, concerns and your financial questions and concerns. She is your first point of contact for Inspiration and can help you get the answers you need! Laura Nathan has been with our Inspiration team for over 5 years. She came to us as a student and was hired as soon as she graduated. She is our Part time midwife. She is a busy mama of 1 toddler with another little one on the way! Laura also helps as our administrative financial manager. She will assist with questions on finances, insurances and agreements. Inspiration Family Birth Center provides premium birth center and home birth care in Central Florida. Our home birth services and our Birth Center Services are designed with your entire family in mind. We provide individual, personalized prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum care, including water birth. We use our heart and hands to care for you and your baby. At our birth center you will experience low tech, high touch care. Inspiration Family Birth is located in beautiful Winter Park, Florida, within minutes of Florida Hospital Princeton. We have 2 separate spaces. Our Birth Center Facility and Our Prenatal Care Clinic / Admin Office. They are within quick walking distance of each other in the same parking lot. This affords privacy when you are in labor at the Birth Center facility. Our home birth midwife service area includes Orlando, Celebration, & Clermont, with services in other areas of Central Florida. Robyn Mattox, Mary Surprenant and Laura Nathan are experienced orlando midwives who provides complete, comprehensive maternity care to expectant families. Ultrasounds are included as part of your prenatal care, as our visits with our doctor, should the need arise for additional services or care.
