Rayer was born in the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, where she was taught the values and principles of life. She attended high school and higher education in Trinidad and graduated with a degree in Business Management before migrating to Brooklyn, New York in 1994. She wasted no time, given her drive for success and entrepreneurial spirit, and started R.B’s Realty & Construction Corp. As a licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed General Contractor, she took advantage of all the opportunities to become successful in her field. R.B’s Realty & Construction Corp bought, sold and renovated residential properties. Her business became certified as a Minority Business Enterprise and a Woman Business Enterprise doing business with Government agencies such as Port Authority and New York City School Construction Authority, where she was named WBE of the year. Rayer moved to Florida in 2010, and because of her ambitious nature, got her Real Estate License and became an agent with Parker Realty Group. In addition, she felt the need to take her career a step further. Given her knowledge and experience with residential properties, she acquired her License as a General Home Inspector, and Inspect It Like A Woman, LLC was born. When Inspect It Like A Woman inspects your property, we will take the time to discuss the results of the inspection onsite if you’re present.
