Philosophy Life is a wonderful and challenging journey during which we at times get caught up in the details of everyday life. We all have experiences where we have gotten “stuck” in a negative belief system. Frequently we are not even aware of these self-defeating beliefs yet we are still affected by these mental blocks. The good news is that it is not necessary to carry the weight of these blocks for the rest of your life. If you want to move to the next level in your professional and personal life it is possible. In my career EMDR is by far the most effective tool I have ever used to help move my clients on to completely new plateaus. It has completely re-energized my enthusiasm in working with clients to see and hear about their insights and developments as they have removed their mental blocks and replaced them with new, positive beliefs, and skills. My role during this journey is to be the guide and coach people through this experience to make sure that they are moving towards their goals and to give them the tools necessary to reach their destination and beyond… I help people who have gone through trauma and suffer with anxiety using a powerful method called EMDR that targets cognitions, emotions, and the physical body to help release the body’s memory of it on a cellular, neurological, and physical level.
