My name is Sheryl Miller.  Although I became certified as a Life + Career coach in 2007 through the Life Purpose Institute in LaJolla, CA, it was much more than that which propelled me to found Inner Self Systems.  I help people find their own ways of taking better care of themselves, expand their possibilities, and build lives with more balance, meaning and purpose.  A life that works in harmony with who they are at a deep level and supports them. My own life experience has taught me that there is no greater substitute for building a strong connection to the great wisdom that resides within each one of us.  It can tell us a great deal about who we are at a deep level and provide a wealth of information about what we each consider to provide meaning and purpose and what would best suit us.  This information can prod us to design lives with more balance, meaning, clarity, peace and happiness.   I developed the Perspectives Program as a way for others to experience what I have in a more structured way.  Each module guides you through a specific area of life and asks questions about what you think you're currently at and what changes you think you may want to make.  This provides a starting point for people to evaluate in a more objective way what changes to strive for.  The modules were created to bring awareness of what we think and feel to each major area of life.  By consciously evaluating where we are in each life area can we identify the positive changes we may want to make to create more meaning, balance and fulfillment.
