MJ is a creative, passionate, learning and performance consultant that excels at learning and design. MJ has directed learning strategy and course design sessions; and designed and developed blended solutions using a variety of modalities. These include but are not limited to; e-learning/web-based training, multimedia-based training, gamification, performance support documentation and instructor-led training. She prides herself on building lasting client relationships and solid teams. With an eclectic background that began in professional services, MJ brings 20+ years of experience to help clients meet strategic business goals through learning and development solutions using a holistic and creative approach. MJ utilizes these skills with her clients to bring them the training, employee development and educational marketing tools they need to succeed.   MJ spent a large portion of her career with The Lubrizol Corporation where she helped launch and develop their Knowledge to Market (K2M) business providing training and educational marketing to the transportation lubricant industry. MJ joined Lubrizol in 2003 to help in the architecture and growth of the Lubrizol K2M business She spent the first part of her career with Lubrizol implementing the infrastructure and operations of the K2M business. She then moved onto managing the K2M award winning content development and product expansion. A large part of her role was to consult with customers to create value-added solutions that helped them meet their training, marketing and business needs. MJ left Lubrizol in 2013 to pursue her own learning consulting business, InKNOWvative Edge Inc.
