Each of the STEAM fields contributes to a well-rounded education and helps build a strong foundation for the next generation of innovators. In 2015, Infinite Energy contributed $10,000 to Alachua County Public Schools’ STEAM and robotics programs and will make the same contribution for five years for a total of $50,000. With Infinite Energy Center in Duluth, we have close ties with Gwinnett County. Every year, we contribute $5 to the Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation for each home or business we serve in the county. A portion of this has been used in robotics competitions across 69 schools. In 2016, Infinite Energy introduced a grant specifically for STEAM projects. The Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation received applications from all over the county for projects that educators can’t cover through their regular budgets. We want to help people access the resources they need to get ahead, and that starts with what we can do for our own employees. I had the most wonderful customer service experience today when I called Infinite Energy to discuss a new rate plan. "Pedro" was not only knowledgeable about all things associated with my request, but he also was infinitely patient in answering my many questions about how to arrive at the best rate for me. Moreover, his explanations were clear and concise and made me feel that he was working in my best interests. Did you know that their customer service folks are located in Gainesville, Florida, in the same building as their corporate offices? No contracted call center somewhere on the other side of the world, they are all employees of Infinite Energy. Infinite Energy gave me the best option regarding prices and usage. Antoine was so nice, professional and courteous explaining the various plans with patience. He proposed the best plan for me based on my requirements as I gave him a laundry list of things that I wanted in the plan. Overall, it was a great experience talking to him and setting up my account. Extremely easy to set up and a seamless switch from my previous provider. Love their fixed rate plan - can't beat the rate! Made one call to customer service in regards to confusion with an auto payment issue and my concern was addressed quickly and effectively! I just spoke with Danny a customer service rep and as I told him he definitely puts the "Service" in customer service. I had some complex issues related to the billing on my account, and let me say first off that Danny was extremely professional, courteous, and competent, but that in itself is a gross understatement. Danny by far exceeded my expectations of a customer service representative. Danny is basically a superhero - "Captain rep"? All kidding aside Danny paid excellent attention as I explained my issues and completely understood them and even the nuances of my issues. He then proceeded to treat me, or at least had me feeling as if I was the most important customer in the world. He treated my issues as if they were his own, he took personal responsibility in making sure they were resolved as well as they could be and left me feeling completely satisfied. He further made sure that I understood how my issues would be resolved and he made sure that I WAS completely satisfied with the outcome. I truly wish all my experiences with any customer service could be handled half as well as the way Danny handled my call. I do not know if Danny's skill is a testament to his training or supervision at Infinite Energy but I actually feel that it is him personally. I don't believe that kind of attention to detail, and personal ownership and responsibility can be taught. I believe it is inherent in his character and if anyone deserves the credit besides him it is his parents. Finally, I believe that Danny should be training customer service reps and/or supervising them. Kudos to Danny and kudos to Infinite Energy for recognizing his ability and hiring him. The customer service with this company is absolutely second to none. Polite and courteous on the phone and more than willing to help. In an area where there are nearly countless options for energy service it is nice to know that there is a company with amazing staff to fill the void. I would not use anyone else. I love their weekly electricity reports. I’ve had a great experience with Infinite Energy this past year. My rates were fixed, and my bills weren’t crazy every month. My contract is expiring, and unfortunately, I can’t transfer them to my new location. I called customer service for some help, and Abby was fantastic! She answered all my questions and sorted out everything I needed to do before my contract ended. I have been a customer for a year now and just renewed for our next place. Super easy to do business with. Their web site is sweet an clean. Their staff has always been great. They do have plan options, you need to read the details for comparison before deciding. Just got my electric plan set up over the phone with Cameron at Infinite Energy. He made the sign up a breeze and helped me initiate same-day turn on for my apartment. The plan rate is the best I've seen and the customer service was equally impressive. So far it seems that choosing Infinite Energy was a good move. Francis is so helpful. I was totally cofused with the energy system in TX. But luckily I talked with him. He explained everything to me patiently and friendly. I really appreciate his help. Highly recommended. My sales person was Tasha. My first time with Infinite Energy and she explained everything down to the t and even got me a lower rate in which I chose in the first place. Tasha was claim and knew exactly what she was doing. She didn't try to over sale anything but told me everything that I qualified for. She was very patient with my million questions and was very pleasant to speak with. Thank you Tasha for your great customer service.
