Doug was born in Vero Beach, Florida in 1961. He started in the agricultural irrigation industry in 1982 with a family owned company called Ven-Mar Irrigation. He started Agri Services in 1992. He is married to Elena and has seven children. Industrial Services International, Inc. provides and installs vertical turbine pumps for new installation, repair and service contracts.  In addition we provide and install automatic self cleaning screen filtration for new installation, replacement and repair. We recognized a need in the municipal industrial sectors for a company large enough to be cost effective and small enough to be responsive.
