JT was raised in South Florida and worked as a firefighter for over 20 years. During this time he bought, sold and managed his own investment properties, specializing in multi-unit apartment buildings and renovating single family homes. In 2008 he obtained his Sales Associate License and began selling properties for a St. Lucie West developer. After obtaining his Real Estate Broker License and then ultimately his Instructors Permit, he began instructing real estate professionals in both classroom and private tutoring sessions. JT has a passion for teaching and aspires to use his unique investment perspective and enthusiasm for the profession to help every student achieve their real estate goals.
