Incore Residential was founded in 1999, out of a passion for multifamily management. We’re not just doing our job; we’re doing what we love. President of Incore Residential, has an exemplary reputation within the multifamily industry with over 20 years of real estate management experience. Terry has managed Incore Residential, for more than a decade. Through his leadership, Incore Residential has become southwest Florida’s largest 3rd party provider of multifamily services for apartments, condominiums and home owners associations. Roxanne Amoroso is the Senior Vice President for Incore Residential. Ms. Amoroso brings a wealth of experience in the finance and multifamily development. Previous to her position at Incore, Ms. Amoroso was a Senior Vice President for Banc of America Community Development Corporation for 12 years, overseeing the multifamily development activities in the State of Florida. Evie serves as Incore Residential’s Vice President of Operations. She has management oversight of all site operations throughout Incore’s portfolio. She has over 10 years of real estate experience, including commercial, single family and multifamily. Evie’s expertise include budget forecasting, business development, property repositioning and rebranding, market research, marketing strategies, personnel management, contract negotiation, and business-to-business sales. Kate has over 15 years of property management experience; eight of which have been with Incore Residential. Kate has held multiple positions with Incore Residential, including Property Manager, Director of Training, Senior Manager, and her current role as Regional Manager. Her portfolio currently consists of assets in Sarasota, Manatee and Lee County. Kate has overseen interior and exterior capital projects ranging from $50,000 to $1.3 million. Brian serves as Incore Residential’s Systems Administrator and Trainer. He provides technological support and training to all site locations, throughout Incore’s portfolio. He has over 8 years of on-site multifamily housing experience. Brian’s expertise include process development, data analysis, new systems deployment, 3rd party systems integration, and creation of process documentation.
