The openness in which the three partners share their ideas and strategise solutions was not missed in their respect for each other. The foundation stones for Incognitus were formed. With an ever present focus of being in support from behind the scenes combined with a desire to provide a platform of professional and confident business advice via the facilitation of solutions for those in need of an expertise that does not exist within, the founding partners have engineered a vision that has culminated into a cutting edge formula of success. The professionals have formed a management team, many of which that have “skin in the game” as partners/associates in this creative practice that has provided simple solutions to business leaders in over 4 continents. With permanent operations within Australia, UK and the USA, Incognitus is ready to tackle the problems that you are searching for the solutions for. At Incognitus, when we say we operate sustainably, we have no less than six Banksia Environmental awards behind us to prove it. And despite the positive publicity this affords us, we are far more grateful for the recognition of our hard work and sacrifice in applying long term strategy to problems that are often met with short term, measurable and more profitable solutions. Our humble beginnings can be traced back 30 years to 1987 when in “another business life” we were humbled to sign our first contract with the Victoria Racing Club, Flemington, and commenced a 30-year strong partnership with values upon which we have shaped Incognitus’ global business platform. To this day, we still proudly service the VRC. Each partnership we have today embraces the ideals that our long-lasting VRC relationship has been built on, including honesty, integrity, respect and an open book style of doing business whereby knowledge is shared between partners for a mutually beneficial result. We like to build friendships with our clients, which allow us to share ideas and aspirations and identify opportunities to assist in accomplishing one another’s goals. We truly hope that in another 30 years from now, we are still enjoying the same affiliations we have today. Nine years after landing our first VRC contract, the business we controlled at the time was selected for the life-changing assignment of running the cleaning service and waste management operations for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. The product we had nurtured for 10 years in Australia had taken off Internationally, and the doors that this deployment opened for us were phenomenal, eventually leading to the birth of Incognitus. 1996 Atlanta was not only the beginning of our International expansion and a rare lesson in building quality business-to-business relationships, it was confirmation that our ability to plan, deploy and deliver had no geographical boundaries and that our skillsets weren’t only complementary, but could offer the industry the platform it so desperately required. Our globally recognised program is at the forefront of industry training and was pioneered through our numerous Olympic Games campaigns. It provides a positive educational experience for our interns and enjoys strong partnerships with some of the world’s leading institutions including Incognitus started unlike most Event Companies. The original business started as a cleaning company with a contract cleaning Flemington Racecouse and supply waste facilities. As time went on the clenaing company was brought by a large conglomerate Spotless Cleaning. From then on Incognitus was born. 30+ years on – in our wildest dreams when we commenced business in 1987 I never imagined what it might become. Client by client, one relationship at a time we have created an enviable position of being recognized on a global scale of our capability, professional and practical approach to business. It’s been a blast and continues to be so!! 30 YEARS iN BUSINESS. Not only are we business partners and the founders of a highly successful business, we are two brothers who have been joined at the hip, shoulder to the wheel, for over thirty years. Our skillsets are complementary as are the personalities that we each exude and bring to our business. While we generally start a project at different angles, allowing otherwise neglected possibilities to be considered, we ultimately arrive at an exciting end-point that our clients can be proud of.
