In Your Place on 30A, LLC was founded by Pam Thompson and her husband to provide homeowners peace of mind and assurance when you know someone who "cares" is keeping watch over your home. As a Florida resident and homeowner on 30A since 1999, my goal is to provide you the same high quality, comprehensive service that I would expect for my own home. I want your home ownership to be a positive and stress-free experience!  Attention to detail was a big part of my responsibilities while serving as the Commercial Leasing Director in Seaside, Florida.   The vision was simple, but with it came an eye to even the smallest details.  With this wealth of knowledge I will deliver the highest level of service by exceeding the expectation of everyone our company serves. I found that on a frequent basis I was spending a lot of time answering calls from others looking for business service referrals, and generally, advice. I so enjoyed helping these friends, colleagues, and neighbors find answers to their needs, it inspired me to create my business, In Your Place on 30A, LLC, my goal is to create a business that thrives on providing quality service to others.  In return homeowners can enjoy the coastal lifestyle I have been so fortunate to experience, living in this beautiful beach community. We also assist with Coordinating Services and Maintenance, Shutter Installation & Removal, Pressure Washing and more!
