. We provide children 3 years and older structured training that targets their age-specific needs to improve their focus, fitness and self-discipline. You do not have to already be in shape or be an experienced athlete to take our classes. We have classes for ALL ages, sizes and fitness levels and will help you reach your goals -- one high kick, powerful punch and epic strike at a time. We will work with you at your individual level and pace so you bring the goals list and we'll handle the details. It's as easy as that. ! Because you're having so much fun doing that, smiling and high fiving all your new friends here, you'll completely lose track of time and won't even realize how much of a great workout you just got. Compare martial arts to the cost of apps, devices and video games that tend to shut kids (and adults) down physically and mentally. (and/or parents can provide food) At the party, we'll also help your child Between showing off all of the moves she's learned...and helping her friends learn some basic moves too... We've done all kinds of parties for Amanda. Most of them involve the kids running around like banshees screaming and laughing and going crazy. It's safe to say that I get a good night's sleep after those parties - because I have to run around making sure they don't hurt themselves! For 2 hours of fun for your child and 15 or so of his or her friends, you'd easily pay $550 at the local fun zone... the zoo... or practically anywhere else. And - none of those places provide close supervision. That's up to you and the other parents! (parents can provide or we can provide) Helping you succeed in martial arts is the only goal of our Lake Clarke Shores program. Everyone here - each of our martial arts instructors - is passionate about helping you succeed, have fun, and enjoy the time you spend here. Our kids martial arts classes help kids in lots of profound ways. In fact, self-defense is just the beginning. Mastering martial arts takes dedication & commitment - two traits that your child will use in all other areas of their life too. It also takes focus, respect & attention: traits that will help improve their grades, and make them more eager to help around the house. Plus, kids have a TON of fun every class. Your kid is guaranteed to have the time of his or her life, and make a lot of great friends along the way. They'll help teach martial arts to their friends... cut the birthday cake with a real sword (carefully supervised of course!)... and break a wooden board with just their hands or feet (if they've reached this level in their training).
